1.Introduce

1)TOPKEY’s needle assembly machines are available in a variety of configurations depending on product design and assembly requirements. These machines are fully automated, with process and vision inspection during the assembly process, enabling customers to produce high quality products in a fully digitalized manner.

2)The product range is from 18G to 34G. In order to improve the assembly quality of the needles, TOPKEY has an original mechanical structure and high-quality machined parts. The original visual inspection technology detects 100% of the smallest defects in the tip of the needle and also detects blockages in the 34G holes. The entire assembly process is monitored by sensors and vision inspection systems, and various production data can be statistically analyzed on the HMI.

The Needle Tip Vision Inspection System, which has been in operation at N Company's factory for more than a decade, is stable and reliable and is capable of identifying 100% of needle tip defects. Defects are recognised by detecting the shape of the needle tip and even small defects can be detected.

6.Needle Blocking Inspection System

High-precision detection of needle blockage

For extremely fine diameter pen needles, we have developed the industry's highest precision pen needle blocking detection system, which is capable of detecting 100% of blocking defects.

After the pen needles are completely sealed above and below, the blocking is detected by regulated precision pressure, using the industry's highest precision pressure sensors for one-to-one detection of the pen needles.
