When the production capacity of needles increased and the light reflection-based inspection machines were unable to identify critical defects, TOPKEY redesigned the needle visual inspection machine based on a new concept. This machine judges the quality according to the shape of the needle tip rather than the refraction of light. This new inspection method is not only applied in the needle grinding process but also introduced into the assembly process.

Product Description

Needle Grinding Machine

1.Shrink packaging machine

All needle tubes of varying gauges and diameters shall be encapsulated in heat-shrinkable films of a uniform diameter, pending processing in the subsequent tube-cutting step.

2.Tube cutting machine

The 2-meter-long needle tubes completed with heat-shrink packaging are automatically cut to length.This process delivers high cutting precision and minimal burr formation.

3.Brushing machine
Needle tubes of different lengths can be fully automatically deburre.

4.Water jet washing machine
The deburred needle tubes are put into a high-pressure cleaning machine for high-pressure water spraying and high-pressure air blowing to complete the cleaning process.

5.Needle grinding machine

Needle grinding machines are customized according to different production capacities or product specifications, and grinding machines with different cost levels are also manufactured based on customers' purchasing power.

6.Needle grinding machine

Different types of needles require different processing equipment. For example, AVF needles need a punching machine for Back Eye processing.

7.Final cleaning machine

After the needle grinding process is completed, the burrs on the needle tips are removed via electrolytic process. The needles are then subjected to final cleaning with phosphoric acid solution and other media, and the dried needles are directly transferred to the clean room.

8.Needle size measuring instrument

Sampling inspection shall be conducted on externally procured needle tubes, and in-process control shall be implemented for needle tubes during the manufacturing process. It is necessary to measure whether the physical dimensions of the needle tubes meet the quality standards.

9.Needle angle measuring instrument

During the needle grinding process, random sampling inspections of the needle angle shall be performed at regular intervals. If necessary, collaboration with a projector is required for dete.

10.Puncture Force Measuring Instrumentent

The needle penetration force testing instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with ISO 9626 standard. It is equipped with functions including penetration force curve generation, data storage and statistics, etc.

11.Rigidity measuring instrumentent

The needle bending resistance and rigidity testing instrument, designed and manufactured in accordance with the international standard ISO 9626, is equipped with comprehensive software control capabilities and curve output functions.
