Needle Grinding Machine

When the production capacity of needles increased and the light reflection-based inspection machines were unable to identify critical defects, TOPKEY redesigned the needle visual inspection machine based on a new concept. This machine judges the quality according to the shape of the needle tip rather than the refraction of light. This new inspection method is not only applied in the needle grinding process but also introduced into the assembly process.
