Blood Collection Tube Liquid Filling Machine

The Machine has a CPK of ≥1.33, is applicable for sodium citrate (an additive), with a filling range of 50uL~1000uL (allowing an error of ±5%), and features inline visual inspection of filling volume via a CCD camera for liquid height inspection; it is a maintenance-free system that only requires changing the pipette tip when switching between different additives, allows changing filling parameters through the HMI, and has a vacuum accuracy of ±8% of the set vacuum value, following a pipetting process that involves the pipette tip sucking liquid from the sodium citrate liquid tank and then spitting it out.
