1.Machine Requirement 1)Resin Filling
a.Macroporous resin filling volume: 4g (adjustable), filling accuracy ±0.1g (in a thoroughly drained state);
b.Ion exchange resin filling volume: 2g (adjustable), filling accuracy ±0.1g (in a thoroughly drained state);
（Smaller filling volumes can be customized）
a.The hopper, pipelines and filling device shall allow for quick disassembly, cleaning and disinfection, and be resistant to high-temperature steam sterilization (121℃, 30min).
2)Culture Medium Filling
a.Culture medium filling volume: 20–40ml (adjustable), filling accuracy ±0.05ml;
b.The reagent tank, pipelines and filling device shall allow for quick disassembly, cleaning and disinfection, and be resistant to high-temperature steam sterilization (121℃, 30min);
c.Reagent tank capacity: 200L, equipped with reagent storage monitoring and alarm function;
d.Detect the liquid level of the filled culture medium; overfilling and underfilling are prohibited, and unqualified products shall be automatically rejected.
3)Vacuum Extraction
a.Perform vacuum extraction on 2 sets of fixtures simultaneously and introduce mixed gas;
b.Vacuum degree, vacuum extraction time, gas filling time and gas filling cycle times are all adjustable;
c.A special device is installed at the outlet of the gas filling pipeline to facilitate on-line detection of the mixed gas ratio;
d.The vacuum degree deviation shall not exceed 0.5 mbar.
