6.Needle Production
Products are manufactured with fully automated needle grinding machines made in Japan. The needle tips feature a smooth, burr-free surface; the primary and secondary bevel angles are precision-machined; and the puncture force achieves an industry-leading level.
7.Final Cleaning
After removing burrs from the needle tip via electrolysis, the needle is thoroughly cleaned in the washing process. In the final washing stage, we rinse the needle with water for injection (WFI) to ensure it achieves a sterile state.
8.Back Eye
The state-of-the-art equipment is adopted for manufacturing the Back Eye, featuring burr-free and smooth edges as well as precise dimensional control.
9.Quality Control
Implement rigorous quality control measures to inspect and test each needle for dimensional accuracy,sterility, and safety. Defective or substandard needles are identified and rejected.
